14 DAY TRIAL // A source close to videogame publisher Capcom says that the company has no plans to reveal Resident Evil 7 during the coming E3 2013 trade show, despite the leak of a promotion poster for the game during May.
Geimaku cites an anonymous report as saying that the leak was premature and that Capcom is not willing to talk about the popular series yet.
The Resident Evil 7 poster does not offered any real information on the game but bears the tagline The War Ends Now.
Many fans of the series have questioned whether the leak is genuine or just a very well put together fake.
Capcom has previously said that it will continue to see how players react to the launch of Resident Evil 6 and the Revelations spin-off before deciding on how the future of the series will look like.
