The game has extra features and supports Steam achievements, cloud saving, and more

Capcom has just confirmed that the PC version of Resident Evil 6 is going to be released via the Steam digital distribution service on March 22, 2013, and also posted a series of special features not to mention the minimum and recommended system specifications required by the game.

Resident Evil 6 came out for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms back in October and, while lots of people eagerly awaited the action survival game, many were disappointed by it and promptly bombarded it with all sorts of negative reviews and scores.

Now, after confirming that work on a PC version is underway, Capcom has pinned a release date on Resident Evil 6 for the PC, via its community website.

The game will be released via the Steam digital distribution service and will support all sorts of special features, from cloud saving to achievements and other things. The PC version is also packed with plenty of other extras, like all of the downloadable content released for the console editions, as well as the No Hope difficulty setting.

Last but not least, Capcom has posted the minimum and recommended system specifications for the PC version of Resident Evil 6, which you can find below.
