The issues encountered by players of the Resident Evil 6 demo on the Xbox 360 are being fixed right now, according to Capcom’s Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, who has revealed that things like the camera or the pacing are being tweaked before the game comes out in October.

Capcom released an early demo of Resident Evil 6 onto the Xbox 360 last month, which can be downloaded by those who bought Dragon’s Dogma on that platform.

While many were impressed with the upcoming action survival shooter, some complained of all sorts of issues, including the wobbly camera, the screen tearing, or the pacing issues in the three main campaigns starring Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield, or Jake Muller.

According to Capcom’s Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, these issues are being worked on, as Capcom wants to deliver the best experience possible when the game is out in October.

Hirabayashi has admitted to IGN that the development team is tweaking problems, like the camera, right now.

"There were certain things that gamers felt stressed about...One of the main concerns was the camera. We decided that was one thing we had to fix, that we had to work on that camera - we're actually working on that right now. We want to make sure that camera doesn't interfere with your gameplay experience."

Other issues, like screen tearing, will be worked on “until the last minute,” according to the developer.

Hirabayashi has also highlighted Capcom’s desire for Resident Evil 6, which is to deliver a new experience that will make much more sense when it’s released as a full game.

“There are things we wanted to try with Resident Evil 6, and we want to show players what we’re trying to do. We’re trying to bring them a new experience, and hopefully they’ll give it a chance. Hopefully when they give the full game a chance, they’ll have a better understanding of what we’re trying to accomplish.”

Resident Evil 6 is out on October 2, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and later this year, for the PC.
