Capcom has begun airing a brand new commercial for Resident Evil 6 in its native country, Japan, which contains just a few bits of footage from the game while highlighting its emphasis on horror.

Resident Evil 6 is out this October and Capcom has already begun hyping up the horror game by releasing a variety of videos as well as screenshots and plenty of details about the title’s various features, like its special cooperative mechanic.

Now, the Japanese company has begun airing a special ad for Resident Evil 6, known as Biohazard 6 in Japan, on TV.

The short video shows one of the three main protagonists, Leon S. Kennedy, making his way through a creepy mansion only to be ambushed by zombies.

The commercial also mentions the pre-order bonus maps for the Mercenaries mode, in the form of Catacombs, High Seas Fortress, and Rail Yard.

Resident Evil 6 is out on October 2 for PS3 and Xbox 360 and later this year for PC.
