Resident Evil 6 Gets Eerie New Trailer

Capcom is continuing its media onslaught for Resident Evil 6 and has just posted a brand new trailer with the upcoming survival shooter, this time emphasizing the horror aspect of the new title.

Resident Evil 6 is out this October and Capcom has started releasing all sorts of videos and screenshots with the new game in order to drum up hype for it.

We already saw plenty of cinematic trailers, as well as a few gameplay videos, but now some new footage has been released.

Unlike previous trailers, which focused on action-filled moments, the new video emphasizes the game’s horror aspect, showing off the tense situations players will go through during the three campaigns that focus on Leon S. Kenney, Chris Redfield, and Jake Muller.

Check out the video above and get ready for Resident Evil 6’s launch on October 2, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and later this year for the PC.
