Mobile-application developer Resco announced the release of a new version of Resco Keyboard Pro. The popular input software solution has received many improvements that make entering text easier for users.

A major, new feature is an additional layout, which enables better navigation in large texts with several paragraphs. The layout also contains copy, cut, paste, delete, backspace and 'select all' buttons for faster text manipulation. The FX layout has been enhanced with a simple method of adding new content to the frequently used phrases list.

The QWERTY layout has not been left untouched. The update makes it easier for users to insert secondary symbols and national characters by touching and holding the stylus over the original ones. The available symbols or letters are automatically shown above. Another usability-related addition allows users to change the layout by simply sliding the finger on the keyboard.

Besides the aforementioned changes, Resco has also introduced support for developers and OEMs. They can fully change the keyboard design according to their needs and use it in their own .NET projects.
