New report claims Lindsay Lohan bought drugs from street dealer, star’s publicist is fuming mad

The other day, Lindsay Lohan and a few friends stepped out for some air. At one point, X17 paparazzi filmed Lindsay paying for a Ziploc of a suspicious-looking substance, but her rep is denying said substance was drugs.

The troubled actress and her friends spent quite some time outside Hal’s Bar & Grill in Venice, on a bench, scribbling in notebooks.

At one point, as the video below will show, a man comes up and shows Lindsay a bag with something. The paparazzi shooting the video can be heard saying she’s buying drugs.

Lindsay passes the bag to her male friend, and is then handed another. She takes out money and pays for it and, shortly afterwards leaves.

The agency the paps were working for, X17, hints that Lindsay could have been buying drugs, but it doesn’t got that far as to say it out loud.

However, the star’s rep is furiously denying such allegations, saying X17 did not even bother to seek comment on the story, or it would have been told that she only bought some crystals.

In fact, she had a friend make a run to a crystal store down the street, to make a purchase in her name. She bought “sea jasper, a meteor, rose quartz and quartz,” Radar informs.

“Knowingly and consciously making inferences about Lindsay that are completely untrue, and creating a fictitious story to get more people to visit their site,” Steve Honig, Lindsay’s rep, says for the e-zine.

“We were not given a chance to comment on this story before it went up, and no effort was made to gather the facts about what actually occurred,” the spokesperson adds.

After the story came out, it was Honig who contacted X17, but it was too late to change anything – not that the paparazzi were that interested in printing the truth in the first place.

“When I addressed this with the agency, they told me ‘we’re not the New York Times.’ They have made a horrific mistake; the worst part is, they know it but don’t care,” Honig says.

In a post on her official Twitter page, Lindsay makes her stand on the whole X17 story clear in even fewer words: “X17 is nuts! their false stories are absurd and gross...”
