Reese Witherspoon Will Make You Kill Yourself

- Everybody, stay away!

By: Monica Gaza, Entertainment News Editor

Ryan Phillippe admitted he seriously thought about killing himself after his split from ex-wife Reese Witherspoon. The divorce between the pair (who have two children together and share custody) was finalized last month, and it sounds like Phillippe had a rough time getting over the breakup, as he stated that things got so bad for him that he even considered taking his own life because he couldn't stop crying and
vomiting.

"After the divorce, I was a physical wreck. I wanted to die", he stated. "I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit". Well, it certainly sounds like he had a rough time, and it's a good thing he's over it – or at least we hope so. But what can I say – Reese wanted out (and she does look like one determined lady) to make out with other Hollywood hotties, so what could he have done?

Luckily, Ryan didn't go through with his suicide plans and decided life was worth living after all. Apparently, he also reached the conclusion that the whole experience has made him a better actor. He added to Man About Town magazine: "Now, it's f***ing easy to cry on cue. When I was younger, I didn't have enough to cry about. But since I've had kids, I feel my work has become better, because my life is fuller and more complicated, and I've experienced so many highs and lows". I may be repeating myself, but I can't help from feeling sorry for him. Poor guy.

Ryan also revealed that his children were the ones that actually helped him get through the divorce. He said "I know it sounds pathetic – I'm a 33-year-old guy but my daughter is getting me through the toughest time in my life, and that's beautiful. Deacon's fun, every day he says something that makes me laugh, warms my heart. It ain't easy. It's devastating, but the bottom line is I have to focus on the children, and they're doing amazingly well and that's really all that matters". Poor guy. Someone, find him a new wife, soon. Yes, that will help.
