14 DAY TRIAL // A short while ago, Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth were both arrested in Atlanta: he was booked for DUI and she for disorderly conduct, after she refused to comply with the officer’s demands and tried to pull a “Do you know who I am?” stunt.
After issuing an apology for the arrest, Reese refused to comment in any other way the incident, but she’s broken her silence minutes ago, in an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America.

Reese apologizes once more and insists that she was so intoxicated that she doesn’t even remember asking the officer if he knew she was a celebrity.
She says both she and Jim “know better” than to get behind the wheel drunk and then defy authorities by being unruly.
