If a biopic on her life is ever made, Nicks doesn’t want Reese for the lead anymore

Stevie Nicks is calling it her prerogative to change her mind about who should play her in a biopic. After warmly recommending Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon, she now feels she may be a bit too old for the part.

In her newly launched documentary, “In Your Dreams,” which details the making of the album of the same name, Nicks says she could imagine Reese playing her in a biopic.

However, at the premiere of the same documentary, she told the press she changed her mind, ET reports.

“I've already told [Reese] she’s almost too old,” Nicks said.

“I love her, but she's like, ‘I could play your mother.’ I'm like ‘O.K,’” she added.

For the record, though, the biopic Nicks is talking about is still in its early stages and might not even happen at all.
