14 DAY TRIAL // Reese Witherspoon made a lot of headlines a short while ago after dyeing her hair dark brown for a movie role (because everyone knows and loves her as a blonde), and she’s doing the same now that she’s gone back to her usual color.
Over the weekend, following the Atlanta arrest for disorderly conduct, Reese and husband Jim Toth emerged at a kids’ game in Los Angeles.
A photo snapped on the occasion that you can also see attached to this article confirms that Reese is back to blonde, even though she apparently tried to hide the makeover with a cute hat.
“At the end of March, the 37-year-old actress had dyed her hair brunette for her role in The Good Lie, but it appears she's already colored it back to blonde,” Us Magazine also notes.
“Witherspoon was photographed sporting lighter locks while watching son Deacon's soccer game with husband Jim Toth in LA's Brentwood neighborhood on Saturday, May 11,” adds the same media outlet.
“The Legally Blonde star kept most of her hair hidden in a bun under a Fedora as she cheered her 8-year-old son on from the sidelines. Witherspoon, who is also mom to daughter Ava, 13, and son Tennessee, 8 months, had a smile on her face and appeared to be in good spirits,” adds the report.
As we also informed you at the time, while in Atlanta, Reese and Jim got themselves into a spot of trouble after enjoying one too many drinks before getting in the car for a drive.
When police pulled the car over, they noticed Jim appeared to be severely intoxicated. As he was being put through the paces, Reese, who was also intoxicated, would not sit in the car as instructed.
The dash camera videos of the arrest confirm that she tried to use the “I’m a celebrity” and “I’m pregnant” cards to get both herself and Jim out of trouble. She failed.
Reese has since apologized profusely for the incident.
