The iPhone Dev Team, led by infamous hacker MuscleNerd, has confirmed jailbreak support in redsn0w 0.9.13dev3 for iOS 6 Beta 4, the latest release from Apple. Developers looking to tweak their Cydia apps are told to point the software to an older IPSW to achieve the desired hack.

As usual, MuscleNerd used Twitter to inform the jailbreak community that “JB devs can continue using redsn0w 0.9.13dev3 with todays iOS 6 beta4,” noting in Brackets that users must “keep pointing redsn0w at iOS 6 beta3 IPSW.”

A link to the Dev Team’s official blog is offered for informational purposes, as well as download links to the Mac and Windows versions of redsn0w 0.9.13dev3. The jailbreak is “tethered,” which means that any system reboot will force the user to refresh the jailbreak by connecting it to their computer.
