A working man's favorite time of the week, i.e. the weekend, is just around the corner, and I dare say that there is no better way to greet it than with a ginormous smile on our faces.

For those who are having trouble smiling on their own accord, here is a gentle nudge: a photo of two crazy cute red panda cubs that now call Hamilton Zoo in New Zealand their home.

According to Zoo Borns, the cubs were born at this facility about four months ago, and are just now beginning to explore the world around them under the careful watch of their mother.

Keepers at Hamilton Zoo cannot say for sure, but they suspect that the two cubs are both girls. As soon as their suspicions are confirmed, they will try to find suitable names for these two bundles of joy.

Vets reassure that, as far as they can tell, the red panda cubs are both healthy and active, and very much enjoy spending time with each other and their mom.

Due to habitat loss and hunting, red pandas are currently in danger of going extinct. Thus, the International Union for Conservation of Nature considers this species to be a vulnerable one.

If recent estimates released by conservationists are correct, just 10,000 such animal are presently left in the wild. What's more, the overall headcount for this species is believed to be steadily decreasing.
