Red Ninja: End Of Honor - Gameplay Hints (PS2)

Red Ninja: End Of Honor is a video game for the Playstation 2 and Xbox. Red Ninja's epic story is a product of collaboration between Tranji Studios and the esteemed Japanese feature-film writer Shinsuke Sato. A young girl's world is destroyed when she and her father are attacked by the deadly Black Lizard Clan, who after witnessing her father's death, is captured and brutally hung with a tetsugen ("iron string", or "wire") and left to die. Miraculously, she survives and is rescued and adopted by a clan where she obtains complete mastery of her adopted weapon, the tetsugen. Pledging her undying loyalty to her new family, Kurenai ("Red") now lives to avenge her father's death and will adopt any means necessary to destroy the Black Lizard Clan.

Gameplay Hints

Decapitations
When locked onto an enemy, when you throw the Tetsugen press Up before you hit the target. The same goes for legs, except you press Down.

Using the Tetsugen
Hit an enemy with the Tetsugen Blade and run around an obstacle. You will tie up the enemy and slash him with the wire. Note: If you use the Fundo (the weight) to do this, the guard will get tied up on the obstacle. You can hang enemies with the Fundo not only from beams, but from ledges, boxes, or anything else that is higher than the enemy. Just tie him up with the Fundo and jump over the obstacle and pull the guard up. You can also just make him fall from a ledge, while he is tied up. Note: To make it more fun, tie him by the legs and drop him from a ledge that goes into water. You can create more tension into the wire by circling it around corners or obstacles. This is useful when you are being pursued. Hit a guard with the Blade and run around a corner and yank on the Tetsugen.
