14 DAY TRIAL // One of the films that premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival and managed to cause the most buzz is “Red Lights,” from director Rodrigo Cortés. Below is the first official English-speaking trailer.
If Cortés' name rings a bell, it's because he's also the helmer of the critically acclaimed “Buried,” starring Ryan Reynolds.
Whereas “Red Lights” didn't get the same kind of reception at Sundance as “Buried” did when it was premiered here, the trailer still makes it look pretty interesting.
Not to mention that the film features amazing actors like Robert de Niro, Sigourney Weaver, Cillian Murphy and Elizabeth Olsen.
That alone should get plenty of fans into theaters to see it.
“Red Lights” has been picked up for domestic distribution, but a more specific release date has not been announced it.
It's a given that it will arrive in theaters this year, so check out the trailer to see if it's something you'll be keeping an eye out for.
