Red Dead Redemption's free piece of downloadable content, the Outlaws To The End Co-Op Mission Pack, has been dated by Rockstar. The DLC will be released on the 22nd of June for both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. The package features six cooperative multiplayer missions for two to four players.
Rockstar has given details about three of these six missions until now: “Walton’s Gold,” “The River” and “Ammunition.”

“Walton’s Gold” sees players fighting the Walton Gang over a rich gold mine and then escaping as fast as they can with the gold, as the whole construction is rigged to blow. “The River” involves riding a raft down a river and taking down rebel entrenchments on the shores. It ends with a climactic battle at the rebel stronghold of Nosalida for the weapon caches stored there.

“Ammunition” sees players free the town of Tesoro Azul from a Mexican siege. They will encounter heavy resistance from the Mexicans, as they have to face heavy cannons, Gatling guns and sniper fires. The mission ends when all the enemy's artillery placements are taken down. The DLC will also award new Achievements or Trophies for gamers who complete it and also yield multiplayer experience points.

Red Dead Redemption is Rockstar San Diego's latest hit title, an open-world third-person action adventure set in the Wild West. The story revolves around an ex-outlaw, John Marston, who has to apprehend the members of his old gang to save his family from a couple of federal agents. The game was very well received by critics, getting praise for the accurate depiction of the life on the American frontier at the beginning of the 20th Century and the overall quality of the gameplay. It also sold extremely well, being the year's biggest release yet.

To be honest the co-op mode for this game in my opinion is a failure, but since its free its worth the 15mb download. A lot of people join co-op and just leave and most of the time you cant kick them because the rest of the people in the game are to stupid to realize you can kick people who are afk. Very glitchy, sometimes very slow and boring and advanced mode is by far the hardest and most random game mode i ever played, the only difference between normal and advanced mode is that you can not auto aim making the game impossible facing distant enemies that kill you in one shot... Rock Star is seriously failing at taking there time to fix all glitches and problems before they release anything. Free or not in my opinion a a company like Rock Star shouldn't release crap like this until it actually works properly.
