Rebtel for Android Gets Support for HD Quality Sound

Rebtel, the application that allows Android users to make free or cheap international calls, has just been updated with a few new features that improves users' experience.

First of all, developers added support for HD quality sound between Rebtel contacts, as well as translated for French and Spanish. According to devs, after updating to the latest version only Rebtel calls will appears in Recent log.

Rebtel allows users to call their friends and family that use the same application for free and everyone else for lower prices.

However, keep in mind that carrier charges may apply for the local part of the call and/or user's cellular data connection.

The new Rebtel 2.5.0 is now available for download as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
