This video of Terry, the sheep with an upside down head, was first uploaded on YouTube last week and has generated a bit of a buzz, with many dubbing the video as fake.

According to Stuff New Zealand, the sheep's case is as real as can be. The clip was originally uploaded by computer tech Allan McNamara, who supposedly spotted the animal on a friend's farm.

Mr. McNamara claims the sheep is healthy, and lives on an English farm.

"He lives happily and has been checked by a vet to ensure he is in no pain. [...] He can eat, sleep and do everything other sheep can," the man says.

He explains the upside down head issue is a consequence of an abnormal curvature in its spine. "Its spine is curved as far as I can tell. I don't think it's in any pain - it certainly seemed as normal and docile as sheep normally are,” Mr. McNamara proclaims.
