Gameloft's Real Soccer 3D has been designated "Best Mobile Game of 2007" during the Global Mobile Content Awards.

Real Soccer is not just another mobile game like all others. It lets the player compete against 48 national teams, 16 club teams or seven all-star teams. This means that the player has a wide variety of choices for best personalizing the gameplay. After he has decided upon his opponents, he can then participate in ten different competitions, along with other 1000 real-world players. The most desired award is definitely the World Cup, which is not all that easy to win.

"Gameloft takes great pride in our commitment to produce high-quality games, and we are delighted to be recognized for our efforts by GMCA", said Michel Guillemot, Gameloft's President and CEO. Even more, "it is an honor for us to receive this prestigious award in Korea, where mobile games originated and portable devices developed into mainstream gaming platforms".

Real Soccer 2006 stands out from other similar mobile games through the high quality graphics and large number of handling options. The player will have to face unexpected actions from their opponents and fickle game tactics. Even more, the mobile phone user is capable of choosing the type of strategy that it wants to use during gameplay, from offending, standard and defending.

Just the same, they can adjust the game's length if they lack 90 minutes for a real time soccer game feeling. One useful feature is the option of replaying in slow motion the most important scenes and, of course, the goals.

"The incredible graphics and gameplay of 2006 Real Soccer 3D have pushed the technical limits of the soccer genre for mobile gaming beyond our original expectations. It is our pleasure and honor to learn that GMCA has recognized our achievements", said Won Cho, country manager of Gameloft Korea. It seems as Real Soccer 3D has fully charmed the jury in awarding it the title of "Best Mobile Game of 2007". It is not surprising, as all these features prove that the game is of award-worthy quality.
