Former stock broker Jordan Belfort could be appearing on your TV screen

If you think about it, Jordan Belfort is the perfect man for reality television. He certainly has more to offer and he is more interesting than half of the famous people out there who get millions of viewers every week despite doing close to nothing.

Jordan Belfort is the real man behind the character played by Leonardo DiCaprio in the Martin Scorsese film “The Wolf of Wall Street.” The film tells the somewhat idealized story of the shady stockbroker who made millions in the ‘90s and lived it off like a rock star.

Chris Grant, CEO of Electus Studios, that specializes in hit reality TV shows such as “Fashion Star” and “Mob Wives,” says there is plenty of potential for a series, “I knew without even seeing a picture of him that he could be a talent
both behind and in front of the camera.”

Belfort now works as a motivational speaker and the show will probably revolve around this new aspect of his life, trying to help people who are down get back on their feet. Taking into consideration the huge success the movie adaptation of his book “The Wolf of Wall Street” is having in cinemas, it's not difficult to imagine the success Belfort might have on the small screen.

There is no official confirmation from any large TV network, but the project is still being developed. So if you're a Kardashian, you should probably begin to worry at this point.
