One of the most powerful email clients available for Symbian devices, ProfiMail, developed by Lonely Cat Games, allows you to read and send your email on the go, without the need of a Desktop PC. The email client is a complete communication solution for Symbian smartphones, which has been designed for businessmen who are using mostly the mail as a means of communication. The interface of the program is simple and offers easy control, as well as many functions that will really ease the work with the emails.

Besides being a standalone email client, ProfiMail works in synchronization with any mail servers, and can be used in conjunction with another email client (Outlook or other). When synchronized, ProfiMail shows the same list of messages as on the mail server. If a message from the server is deleted (for example after downloading, on desktop mail client, or when deleted some other way), it will be removed from ProfiMail's mailbox during account updating. Similarly, when you delete a message in ProfiMail, it is also deleted from the mail server upon update.

ProfiMail is fully compatible with POP3 and IMAP, as well as SMTP and SSL standards, for more secure emailing. After setting up your email account you'll have to log in to check the list of messages you have received. The synchronization of messages with the mail server is automatic and pretty fast, but that also depends on the data transfer technology of the smartphone. Once you log in, you'll be able to see, as well as save or send attachments. The application is fully compatible with HTML messages with images and hyperlinks, Signatures, T9 dictionary, ZIP archives and many more. The email client also features built-in File Explorer, built-in image viewer (JPG, PNG and more), but also built-in text viewer for standard text, HTML and Word documents. It supports up to 30 email accounts, which is more than enough even for 2-3 persons.
Unfortunately, the application is a little bit expensive and sells for 22 Euros. However, a ProfiMail trial version is also available, so you can check out the app before buying it.
