Rdio is expanding ever further into Spotify territory with the addition of Sweden and Finland to the list of countries it's available with.

It has been expanding internationally for a while now, it's
available in several countries in Europe already, the UK, France, Germany, but also places like Brazil and New Zealand.
Spotify has been especially popular in its native Sweden and there's not much setting these services apart, the price and catalogues are roughly the same, so it remains to be seen what Rdio can do to compete there.
