It appears that even already popular peripherals can be revised and enhanced in such ways that they become even more appealing to gamers and enthusiasts, this being exactly what happened to the Razer Orochi.

When it comes to gamers, many of them seldom settle for normal-looking, unassuming systems and accessories.

Their desktops, equipped with high-end hardware, usually have LEDs and intricate designs, while their peripherals are similarly embellished.

The same can be said about certain high-end notebooks, even though only several models in the world have truly unusual frames, with LED decorations.

Still, a peripheral is often enough to add the necessary level of sophistication to any PC product, or to fit with the existing one.

Razer's Orochi is one mouse of the mobile variety, being a wireless product primarily aimed at use with laptops.

It is built in such a way as to fit inside a pocket and to be used by both left-handed and right-handed users.

This mouse has been refined recently, as the Orochi Black Chrome Edition, although the changes are mostly cosmetic in nature (the coating is now glossy black).

That said, the laser sensor is of the 4,000 DPI variety (tracks up to 100 inches per second) while the gold-plated USB makes sure the connection is always steady and smooth, although its presence is not mandatory, what with the mouse being of the wireless variety (with Bluetooth).

“The all-new Razer Orochi Black Chrome Edition is the latest update to Razer's highly successful, diminutive yet immensely powerful mobile gaming mouse. The striking, glossy finish accentuates its ergonomic design making this the most desirable weapon for gaming on-the-go,” says the company.
