The two models are appealing thanks to both form and function

The gaming ecosystem has been enriched today with Razer’s two new offerings – the Razer Blade and Razer Edge Pro

Razer CEO Min-Liang was pleased to announce the availability of the two models, saying that “Two years ago, Razer was known at as a niche company that made the world’s best gaming peripherals.”

“Today, we are leading the charge in tablet and laptop innovation with system available at Best Buy across the country. This is truly a gratifying day for our company and for gamers and computer aficionados alike.”

The 14-inch incher Blade has already managed to score the Editor’s Choice award from PC Mag, so you can imagine it features some pretty awesome specs. Following the standard in mobile gaming stations these days, the Razer Blade is both powerful and portable, so gamers can carry it around wherever they go without problem.

Razer has packed at 4th-gen Intel Core i7-4702HQ quad-core processor under the helm and the latest graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765 offering, which will allow users to run the latest games.

As Razer is seasoned in manufacturing gaming peripherals for a while, the Razer Blade taps into this expertise and comes with the best gaming peripherals built-in.

Players will enjoy the fully programmable anti-ghosting blacklit keyboard, the adjustable sensitive track pad and array microphone for multi-player experiences. The laptop comes bundled with Razer Synapse 2.0 out of the box.

Moving on to the 10-inch Razer Edge Pro with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, users will discover that the device can be used in multiple modes, as a tablet, PC or console. Razer has packed an Intel Core i7 dual-processor with Hyper Threading 1.9 GHz / 3.0 GHz and Nvidia GeForce G7 640 LE & Intel HD4000 graphics for exquisite performance.

The two notebooks can be purchased now through Best Buy’s retail store chain with the Razer Blade price availability being set at $1,999 / €1,473, while the Razer Edge Pro can be grabbed for $1,449 / €1,105.
