Razer has recently launched driver version 2.02 for their Abyssus gaming mouse. The only update listed in the changelog is Windows 8 support.
The manufacturer recommends you plug your device in before installing this driver.
This piece of hardware sells for $49.99 (€37.35), whether in matte black or high gloss mirror finish. What you get for the money is a gaming mouse with a 3500dpi Razer Precision 3.5G infrared sensor, 1000Hz Ultrapolling/1ms response time, 60-120 inches per second and 15g of acceleration, scroll wheel with 24 individual click positions and zero-acoustic Ultraslick mouse feet.
However, some users have complained about the left click that, apparently, gets broken after a few months of use.
Others have said that it is a bit small and that the design is not so comfortable or that it lacks the extra buttons. Overall, it is rated as an entry-level, well-priced mouse.
