Ubisoft has posted quite a few new things about its upcoming Rayman Legends, including a fresh video that depicts the game’s special cooperative mode, whichmakes full use of the Nintendo Wii U’s GamePad controller, not to mention some screenshots that show of the game’s stunning graphics.

Rayman Origins impressed many gamers last year and throughout 2012 when it was released for platforms like the PS3 or Xbox 360, as well as on PC, PS Vita, or Nintendo 3DS.

Now, Ubisoft is preparing a sequel in the form of Rayman Legends and has now posted a fresh video and a few screenshots with the game that will be released only on the Nintendo Wii U, at least at the beginning.

As you can see in the video above, Rayman Legends has a special cooperative mode in which up to four players can control the characters on the screen using regular Wii Remotes, while the holder of the Wii U GamePad can manipulate the environment using its touchscreen.
