14 DAY TRIAL // You most likely think Kim Kardashian is a respectable woman by now, with a baby and ready to get married, rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous, but the fact of the matter is that she's had a muddy past and it still manages to catch up with her from time to time.
On the eve of her wedding, which everyone is hoping will be her last (Kanye West in particular), Ray J, the partner from her raunchy tape is talking to the press and he's bringing back some nasty memories that Kim would like erased, despite the fact they're making her money hand over fist.
TMZ claims to have spoken with the rapper and he's willing to fork over the profits from the video to Kim as a wedding present, although it’s pretty clear that he's not going to be invited. At the moment, the check for this year's earnings stand at nearly fifty thousand dollars, 4 months of profit from the old tape that made the rounds of the internet.
In fact, when contacted, sources from Vivid Entertainment, the company specializing in the distribution of celebrity raunchy tapes claims that the video is one of their best sellers even after all these years, probably aimed by Kim's ever rising fame.
Overall, they claim that the tape has grossed in excess of fifty million dollars, which isn't a paltry sum by any means. It's not known how much out of that landed in Ray J's pocket and how much in Kim's but either way, it's enough to make a decent wedding gift.
Ray J added that if Kim wouldn't accept his gift, he's ready to donate all the money to her favorite charity. Of course, that's also meant as a sting, since Kim landed herself in trouble last year when it was revealed that only 10% of the money she made off an internet auction, actually went to the victims of the floods in Philippines, after she used this excuse to sell some of her property.
She fired back at the time that she gave often and without the knowledge of the public, but she still failed to convince people that her heart was in the right place when she pleased everyone to buy her stuff for the sake of charity and then pocketed most of the cash.
As Kim and Kanye have just made their way to Paris and are getting ready for the big event, it's going to be interesting to see what their reaction will be at hearing this piece of news. We'll keep you updated.
