Since, obviously, the world didn’t end in 2012, now’s the time to make fun of all those theories about how humanity would find its untimely demise. “Rapturepalooza” seems to be the perfect movie to do that.

A first, red band trailer for it has just been released but we can’t embed it here for the obvious reasons. You will find it here, but *please note that discretion is recommended because it contains language and images that might offend.

Directed by Paul Middleditch, “Rapturepalooza” sees the Earth plagued with all kinds of evils, from zombies, to talking killer birds and Satan himself.

The fate of humankind lies in the hands of Anna Kendrick and John Francis Daley but, since they obviously have no superpowers, they will have to try and outsmart him.

Check out the video to see if you find any indication as to their probability of success. “Rapturepalooza” comes out in select theaters and on VOD on May 10.
