If you thought that the “Ant-Man” cast was big enough with all the casting news we've been getting for the past six months, you were wrong. The producers still had some roles they needed to give out, and those went to some pretty interesting names.

John Slattery, Bobby Cannavale and rapper T.I. have all been added to the cast, just days before the film is scheduled to begin shooting in San Francisco, claims Contactmusic. They will be joining a large cast which has some big names already, such as Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Michael Pena and Evangeline Lilly.

The film tells the story of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), a man who takes on the role of Ant-Man from aging scientist Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), a superhero with amazing powers to control his size and strength.

The movie's production was stalled just recently when director Edgar Wright quit the project after being attached to it for a long time. It was rumored that he departed because of creative differences with the script.

He was replaced by Peyton Reed, while the role of rewriting the script originally penned by Wright and Joe Cornish falls to Adam McKay. The movie is now scheduled to be released on July 17, 2015.
