Yesterday, the actor that made Rambo and Rocky into Hollywood legends turned 60 and decided not to let such a special occasion pass by unnoticed.
This weekend, his wife Jennifer threw him a party in Las Vegas at a new and private Planet Hollywood resort, with a heavy-weight guest list that included John Travolta, Donald Trump, Bruce Willis and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The birthday song was interpreted by Tom Jones and everyone was amazed at how young and in shape Sly still looks:
'He looked like he was about 12 years old tonight', stated Travolta.
Stallone is currently directing 'Rocky Balboa', the 6th sequel of the movie 'Rocky' that is to be released in December, and has signed in to play again the character that brought him into the spotlight, John Rambo, in 'Rambo IV', expected on the big screens in 2007.
The actor has no intention of going into politics like fellow Schwarzie, because he sincerely believes that actors should stick to acting, so I guess that means that, soon, we will be hearing (and seeing) more of him.
