Players can choose two weapons and a range of skills

Will Curley, the general manager of the team in charge of Rambo: The Video Game, says that the title will introduce a wide variety of options linked to character skills and weapons, designed to enhance the replayability factor of the game.

All the items that Rambo can used are based on the movie trilogy and players can pick two weapons for each loadout, with the ability to mix firearms with a bow and a variety of grenades.

Weapon decisions will have to be synchronized with those for skills and core attributes.

Curley tells VG247 that, “You can make a build with fast health-regen and super-bar charging which allows you to survive for longer periods out of cover and chain kill, or you can make a very fast build where you speed up movement, reloads, clip-size and put score multipliers into hits on dead bodies for example.”

Rambo: The Video Game will be out on the PC and current-gen consoles this year.
