Div Party charges $1.99 / €1.89 for the app, and they have every right to do so

There’s something about rain that makes you feel all cozy inside, especially when you’ve got a roof over your head and nothing special to do all day.

If you want to artificially induce that feel when there’s no clouds in sight, there’s an app for that.

Rainingfm is a brilliant app that lets you take the rain wherever you go. It delivers an infinite and (most importantly) seamless stream of Rain, Rolling Thunder, and Heavy Thunder sounds, and comes with a break timer and a sleep timer as well.

You might ask why Rainingfm costs $1.99 / €1.89. Quite frankly, I’m wondering the same thing myself, but I’m also quite envious that someone beat me to the idea of selling an app that simply plays back a recording of the rain.

But I’ll let you in on a little secret. The price is really a bargain. My productivity shot up 50% since I’ve started using it for writing.
