The upcoming skating game Tony Hawk's Project 8 will be maybe the most interactive game so far, as the SIXAXIS wireless controller will be able to control the characters' motion and skating tricks.

Skating enthusiasts will have the chance to
steer the 11 famous skaters present in Tony Hawk's Project 8 by leveraging the SIXAXIS wireless controller. The likes of Dustin Dollin, Nyjah Juston, Bob Burnquist, Lyz-Z Adams Hawkins, Rodney Mullen, Bam Margera, Paul "P-Rod" Rodriguez Jr., Daewon Song, Ryan Sheckler, Stevie Williams, Mike Vallely and of course Tony Hawk himself, will be balanced, steered through rail grinds, reverts and ollies via SIXAXIS. The wireless controller will also give players the possibility of performing slow motion moves in order to get the hang of every skating trick.

Recently, the games' soundtrack has been announced and it will feature some big names: Nine Inch Nails, Slayer, Kool and the Gang and Gnarls Barkley. New upcoming games were given a chance to shine too, as bands not so well-known like Aurelius, Jaylib, Legitimate Business and Supersuckers will have one of their songs featured on Tony Hawk's Project 8 soundtrack.

The game will have PS2, Xbox, PSP, Xbox 360 and PS3 support and will come out on November 7. The retail price of the game is recommended as US$ 59.99.
