The heatsinks for the VRM and memory chips are separate

It's not easy to make a universal CPU cooler, and it's even harder to make a universal graphics card cooler. Raijintek managed to pull it off though. The latter that is.

The product in the image gallery and the video embedded below is called Morpheus Core Edition and is a VGA cooler that will take the heat off any video card, be it from NVIDIA or AMD.

As long as the TDP (thermal design power) of the graphics card is no higher than 360W, the newcomer will cope with the strain.

There are 12 copper heatpipes leading heat away from the base plate to the extensive fin array (or six, if you take each pair as a single whole).

You might notice the lack of contacts for the memory chips and voltage regulation module. That's because each graphics card has a PCB with components arrayed differently.

To allow for every board to be properly equipped, the heatsinks for the VRM and memory chips are installed separately. They're still part of the same purchase as the Morpheus Core Edition though, never fear. There is one VRNM heatsink and 24 memory chip heatsinks.

AMD Radeon R9 290X and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti are just two of the high-end video adapters that could benefit from the installation of the Raijintek Morpheus Core Edition. Unfortunately, the price and availability of the cooler weren't specified anywhere.
