Rack-Soft Introduces VoipNow Browser Module

Rack-Soft released today a free browser plug-in, called VoipNow Browser Module, which brings new and useful functionality allowing click to call functions in all web pages previously visited by a 4PSA VoipNow user. Phone numbers within web pages are found and highlighted by this Browser Module, enabling the user to directly call anyone.

Right now, there is a version of 4PSA VoipNow Browser Module available for Microsoft Internet Explorer, while later this year a Mozilla Firefox version has been planned. VoipNow is now integrated, with the help of this plug-in, with virtually any web application such as CRMs, ERPs, Intranet, regular websites, web email services. A productivity boost is delivered to employees that use heavy phone communication (like customer-relationship and sales representatives) while enabling compatibility with AJAX based dynamic web pages.
