47-year-old Jacqueline Williams, of Slade Green, Kent, has been identified as the woman having issued racist slurs, verbally abusing black passengers on an East London tube, on Tuesday, as we reported at the time.

Williams has been charged with racially aggravated public order offense, the Daily Dot reports, after she was recognized from a YouTube video of the incident.

"Go home where you belong... You might have been born here, but I bet your grandparents weren't. […] If you belonged here you’d be pink-skinned, blonde-haired, blue eyes, green eyes. Go home the lot of you. You make me sick," the woman yelled, causing a commotion on the train.

As one passenger got off at a stop, Williams continued her verbal abuse, saying she "walks like a monkey."

The clip was uploaded by Oliver Miller, 24, whose sister, Leah, witnessed the event. The entire incident was captured on her mobile phone.
