The Zimmerman trial witness expressed her anger over the acquittal

The key witness in the Zimmerman trial, Trayvon Martin's friend Rachel Jeantel has been interviewed by Piers Morgan.

She discussed many topics, but a specific one that caught my attention was that of the effects of marijuana consumption on the victim.

Martin would never get violent when high, instead he would become hungry. That description seems accurate, as you rarely hear of someone smoking pot and attacking a stranger in the street with the intention of mugging them.

She also mentions being “disappointed, upset and angry” over the not guilty verdict and says she has been expecting an acquittal because of the testimonies she heard.

She adds that the jury members – mostly white and “old school” – lacking in understanding of her generation's behavioral patterns have favored Zimmerman.
