Christina Pagliarolo says she was humiliated, injured on the show

One teen included on a special segment on teenage obesity on the Rachael Ray Show is taking producers and Rachael Ray to court for what she describes as incredibly degrading and physically harming treatment.

Christina Pagliarolo weighed in at 260 lbs (117.9 kg) when she turned to the show for help. She wanted to lose weight (at least 70 lbs / 31.7 kg) to improve her health, but also to shut her haters up by showing up at the prom looking slimmer.

You can see part of her story, as included on the show, in the video below. It's not the best quality possible, to put it mildly, but it's enough to prove that, by the time she got on the show, Christina was pretty desperate about her weight gain.

What you can’t see in the video is the ridiculously brutal treatment she got from the trainer she got from producers: in court documents obtained by TMZ, she claims she was verbally abused, forced to hike in the mountains against her will, and put on a StairMaster when it was clear she could not keep up.

She fell from it and got yelled at again by the trainer. In the process, she also injured her legs, she claims.

Contacted for comment, a rep for the show tells TMZ that, “We haven't received this purported lawsuit but if it does materialize we will defend ourselves against it vigorously and fully expect to prevail.”
