14 DAY TRIAL // RPG Maker VX Ace just got four new development packs on Steam, making 2D role playing game creation even easier than before.
Enterbrain’s RPG Maker VX Ace is an easy to use tool intended to help make role playing games similar to the classical SNES ones.
Its map editor includes support for multiple tilesets and there is an abundance of downloadable content for prospective game creators to make use of, ranging from monster sprites, backgrounds and specifically-themed tilesets and characters to varied music and sound packs.
The four new packs are the Fantasy Hero Character Pack, JSM Futuristic Music Pack, Tyler Warren First 50 Battler Pack and Inspirational Volume 2.
RPG Maker comes with a robust database with flexible features, designed to make characters, enemies, skills and equipment easy to manage, and even allows the creation of scripted events and cutscenes.
