The BBM Music application that RIM has made available for testing in a beta flavor not too long ago has finally graduated to a commercial product and is now available for download via the BlackBerry App World.

User will be able to access a number of 50 songs when setting up their BBM Music profile, but a premium subscription service will offer access to millions of other songs. It is available in Canada, the United States and Australia for $4.99 USD ($4.99 CDN and $5.99 AUD) (a bit over 3.5 Euros).

However, users will benefit from a 30-day trial period, during which they will enjoy a similar experience as the one the premium service would offer, but which will deliver only 30-second song previews.

The service will also enable sharing of songs with BBM friends, and enables them to easily comment on your friends’ music, chat with friends, and do much more. The application is available for download in the BlackBerry App World here.
