All you Harry Potter fans out there, rejoice as Quidditching has become a real thing. In the popular novel series, this sport, as I am told that this is now a sport, involves flying around on a broomstick while trying to score goals.

According to Metro, a version for us Muggles exists, in which players keep a broomstick between their legs while attempting to get a ball through a large hoop.

Quidditch is mostly played on college campuses in North America, Europe and Australia, and it has its own World Cup.

The sixth Cup has been won by the University of Texas beating UCLA in Kissimmee, Florida over the weekend, a rep for the International Quidditch Association says.

Quidditching reminds me of the meme Pottering, which has recently sprung up online. The photo fad consists of people pretending to ride broomsticks during photo ops.
