Universal launcher QuickSilver 1.2.0 is now at build 4009 and features a range of new tools, some slight improvements in major areas, and bug fixes.

QSApp released Quicksilver 1.2.0 Build 4009 with the purpose of adding a “Default Browser” proxy object and more reliable modifier-only activation. This feature now works in password fields and Terminal with “Secure Keyboard Entry” enabled, says the developer.

Users can include and exclude files using UTIs and the Reveal action can be used with multiple files now.

Users are told to check any triggers, shelf, items, etc. that have references to files because the way files are represented has changed starting with build 4009. For the full scoop, check out the release notes.

You can download Quicksilver 1.2.0 Build 4009 on any Intel-based Mac with OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) installed.
