Version 4.5 of Quickoffice Premier has just been released, bringing more evolved solutions for managing office files on the personal smartphone. The new application offers options similar to those found on PC, but adapted to the needs of mobile phone users.

The number of people choosing to own a smartphone especially for having a better control over their personal files has been increasing lately. Business devices make it possible for them to take their work outside

the office and continue editing documents just as they would have on the desktop computer. The great advantage of this solution is, first of all, mobility. Moreover, the small display screen of a handset brings with the disadvantage of cramming all information in a small space that of compactness too.

Quickoffice Premier v 4.5 makes it possible for handset owners to edit Office documents on their devices in order to increase productivity and waste not time in getting their work done. What this new version has to bring over the previous ones is the fact that the interface is considerably easier to navigate and use. Moreover, now it is also possible to retain file formatting with no data loss.

The application highly resembles the PC version and packs all features which come as great help for users. They have advanced spell check and free dictionaries for multiple languages. Moreover, fonts have been optimized for being perfectly legible on the small handset screen. Users will also have the chance of recording live voice notes in PowerPoint for later adding them in an Office document.

Quickoffice Premier v 4.5 packs Word, Excel and PowerPoint document management and has been customized especially for S60 third Edition smartphones. It is now available at the price of USD 50.
