Quest for Infamy, the crowdfunded adventure title from indie studio Infamous Quests, will come out on PC, Mac and Linux on June 26, 2014.

The game is meant as a sort of return to the glory days long passed of classic PC role-playing games and adventures, delivering a humor-filled fantasy epic journey where players get to play the role of a charming villain.

Quest for Infamy blends turn-based combat and spell casting action with classic adventuring and puzzle solving, and players get to choose from three different character classes.

Each of the classes represents a classical role-playing game pillar, the brigand for strength, the rogue for stealth and the sorcerer for magic, and each one of them has a unique storyline and unique abilities and personality.

The game is being published by Phoenix Online Studios, fully behind one of the largest retro role-playing experiences in the gaming world today.

Players take on the role of Mister Roehm, a shady individual attempting to escape his criminal past, but finding himself in even more trouble.

He heads to the charming little town of Volksville in an attempt to get away from the world, only finding that there's much more going on in the quiet little valley than first meets the eye.

Quest for Infamy is coming out on June 26, for Linux, Mac and Windows PC.
