Qualys and FireMon Team Up to Offer Real-Time Network Risk Visibility and Remediation

Cloud security solutions provider Qualys and security management and risk analysis company FireMon have announced the integration of QualysGuard Vulnerability Management (VM) and FireMon Security Manager with Risk Analyzer in FireMon’s upcoming Version 7.0 release.

This means that FireMon’s Security Manager with Risk Analyzer will be automatically updated with QualysGuard VM scan results, which includes network discovery and mapping, vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, and asset prioritization.

The combination of the benefits provided by QualysGuard VM and the Security Manager’s real-time network configuration and topology knowledge will allow organizations to identify in real time which of their assets are at risk.
