Earlier today I brought you news that NVIDIA’s reference tablet was spotted in the wild at CES 2014, featuring the chip maker’s latest Tegra K1 mobile processor.

It turns out this isn't the only reference tablet design to watch out for in Las Vegas, because Qualcomm is showing a baby of its own too. This one bundles the company’s latest 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor paired up with 4GB of RAM (via MobileGeeks.de).

The tablet sports a 10.1-inch IPS screen with a pretty 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution and runs Android’s latest 4.4 KitKat version. As you can see, the reference design packs in some pretty impressive specs and I should note the new Qualcomm CPU also has a new Adreno 420 graphics processor, as well.

Since the CPU has been announced for a while now, we should expect to spot the first products being powered by it in the next few months.
