In addition to the Storm W610 and W510, Vietnamese mobile phone maker Q-Mobile has revealed other new Windows Phone handsets in the Storm series as well, including the Q-Mobile Storm W410 and Storm W408.

Both of these devices arrive on shelves with 4-inch touchscreen displays and quad-core processors inside, while featuring very low price tags, thus being specifically catered for the entry level of the smartphone market.

The Q-Mobile Storm W410 has been made official with a 4-inch screen capable of delivering a WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) resolution, while being powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8212 processor, as tinhte reports.

The handset also features 1GB of RAM, as well as 4GB of internal memory, but it allows users to add up to 32GB of external storage to it.

On the back, the new mobile phone sports a 5-megapixel camera with auto focus and LED flash, which should still deliver HD video recording capabilities. Unfortunately, the device packs only a VGA front camera.

When released, Storm W410 will provide users with support for 3G networks, as well as with the usual Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS receiver. On top of that, it includes dual-SIM capabilities, along with an 1800mAh battery.

The Windows Phone 8.1 device will arrive on shelves in three color options, namely White, Green, and Yellow, as WMPoweruser notes. It will feature a price tag of only 2,490,000 VND ($117/€98).

As for Q-Mobile Storm W408, it has been revealed as the cheapest Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone in the handset vendor’s lineup.

The handset comes with the same screen, processor, and storage capabilities as the Q-Mobile Storm W410 does, but includes only 512MB of RAM.

However, it was announced with a 5MP rear camera too, as well as with a VGA front camera, and with 3G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity capabilities. Dual-SIM and GSP receiver are also included in the package.

The smartphone is powered by a 1420mAh battery, but will provide users with all the features and capabilities that Windows Phone 8.1 arrives with.

It should be released in White and Green color flavors, with a price tag of 2,190,000 VND ($103/€77) attached. The same as Storm W410, the Storm W408 has been confirmed only for Vietnam for the time being.

Q-Mobile is only one of the manufacturers to have launched Windows Phone 8.1 devices this year, and it appears focused on the entry level of the market, the same as vendors such as Micromax and Xolo in India, or BLU in the United States.
