The second Beta release of the upcoming PyGObject 3.10 library for the GNOME 3.10 desktop environment was announced a few days ago, and it's ready for download and testing.

Thanks to Simon Feltman, Chun-wei Fan and Yanko Kaneti, PyGObject 3.10 Beta 2 fixes GObject signal methods, which now work with new annotations, fixes build issues on C89 Compilers and PEP-8 errors in propertyhelper.py, and uses G_IS_VALUE for checking return values in closure marshaling.

Also, the boxed type checking was changed in marshaling to use the __gtype__ attribute, thanks to Simon Feltman. For more details about this second Beta release of the upcoming PyGObject 3.10 library, please check the official raw changelog.

Download PyGObject 3.10 Beta 2 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
