Apple fans have put together a crowdsourced Get Well card for Steve Jobs, Chief Executive Officer at Apple. Jobs is on indefinite medical leave since January. Jobs is to receive his card just before his birthday on February 24.

Just as we finished covering rumors of new MacBook Pros launching on Steve Job’s birthday, we stumbled upon the first-ever global greeting card which Apple fans have put together for their favorite (heck, the world’s favorite) CEO.

“Steve Jobs has revolutionized how we live, work and play. Participate in the first-ever global greeting card. Send him your get well wishes,” the organizers write at getwellsteve.com.

“Comment here or tweet #getwellsteve and we’ll get them to him for his birthday on February 24th,” the note adds.

No less than 1130 comments are already posted online, some of which we’ll share with you in the lines to follow.

Apple fan PeterBro wrote: “Hope you reboot soon, man. Rooting for you, wishing you all the best.”

SheilaRose had this to say to Steve:

Happy Birthday Steve!

I know getting a new iMac probably isn't your dream bday gift, but it is mine... 2 days before yours. Thank you for making it and so much Apple happiness happen. ;D

My prayers & thoughts are with you always. You're the one #RockStar I'd love to meet... um, after Eric Clapton. ;)

You are the best of the brightest... Good luck Apple 1.

Mary Hatch sends out the following message:

Happy Birthday Wishes to you, Steve! Thank you for sharing your genius with the planet! Sending you healing thoughts for your speedy recovery directly from my MacBook Pro :)

As noted above, to send Steve a message, fans can leave a comment here or tweet with the hashtag #getwellsteve.

Softpedia, for its part, wishes only the best to Apple’s CEO, and a quick recovery.
