It appears that Lenovo is on its way to unleashing another tablet computer onto the market, but this time it’s not just any tablet. It will supposedly be the thinnest of its kind when it sees the light of day for the first time, a month from now.

The announcement was reportedly made by Lenovo SVP in China, Chen Xu Dong on Chinese popular social media website Sina Weibo. The new slate is expected to “revolutionize” the market, but no details about specifications and such have been given.

Sources familiar with the matter, however, told Engadget that the slate has been dubbed Yoga and, unlike other Lenovo gadgets under the Yoga moniker, this is not a hybrid between a laptop and a tablet.

A purported highlight of the stand-alone slate appears to be a “leg” that can stand up by itself in order to shift its center of gravity and provide the illusion of a light weight, when users are holding the Yoga in their hands.

The stand-by battery life is also said to be enormous, possible the largest there is at the moment. No other confirmations by the company where given so far, when the tablet is concerned.
